DELIVERY
Papel Emblemático sends the product(s) ordered from Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 7 pm, with the exception of holidays, and on the days and times used by the logistics company, to the address of delivery indicated by the customer.
Delivery time may vary depending on the country of destination. Estimated delivery time in Europe varies between 25 to 30 business days. For customers in the rest of the world, contact Papel Emblemático for more information.
When you are checking out the shopping cart, the following will be displayed: shipping zones, available delivery methods, as well as delivery costs.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
You have 14 days from the date of receipt of the order to return it. Returns will only be made for items in perfect condition, not having the seals broken.
The delivery of the product or exchange of items will be the responsibility of the customer and the address to send the goods will be sent in the return authorization. Upon receipt of the return, you can choose to receive the amount of your return, so the amount paid will be refunded using the same method you used to make the payment.
If the customer has placed an order without shipping and wants to make a return, the amount to be refunded will only be the value of the goods.
In other situations, where the customer has postage included and wants to make a return to the amount to be reversed, the value of the postage paid by the customer will be deducted.
How should I proceed to make a return and/or exchange?
If you wish to make a return and/or exchange, you must contact Papel Emblemático (comprasonline@papelemblematico.pt) - indicating the email, name, telephone and order reference.
In the body of the message must include:
- If you want to make a return or an exchange;
- The order number on which you want to return or exchange;
- The reason why you want to make the return or exchange.
